Delivery Information

Your paid orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days for Jabodetabek area and 3-7 working days for outside of Jabodetabek areas. (No deliveries will be made on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays)

The shipping & handling cost will be shown after you fill in the delivery address during check out.

You will receive an email confirmation if your order has been shipped from our warehouse. However, please be informed that we are not able to provide airway bill information at the moment.

Please be informed that delivery process may take longer if you order large items and some large item may not be available to be delivered to few islands in Indonesia. (Please refer to individual products for delivery restrictions)
If there is any issue with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Center via phone call or email.

Refund and ExchangeIf you are not satisfied with product(s) that you have ordered or the product(s) was received damaged, we are pleased to offer a return and exchange policy*;.
